This is a recipe pack, which aims to show young people how to cook tasty and healthy meals, either at school or at home. Each recipe uses simple ingredients and equipment and meets healthy-eating guidelines.
The pack has been produced by the Department for Children, Schools and Families, together with the British Nutrition Foundation, the Design and Technology Association, the School Food Trust and the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust.
